Tanja Schindler
Founder, Engineer & Futurist
Tanja Schindler is a passionate, international and award-winning Futurist for more than seven years and has international experience in foresight, innovation, leadership and strategy. She holds a double MBA/Master of Strategic Foresight with distinction from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. Through her international application of Foresight, she sees the world from different perspectives and enables others to deal with the future and its uncertainty.
Her focus is to emphasize the advantages of a Futures Mindset and she supports companies, start-ups and freelancers in understanding Foresight as a holistic, sustainable and goal-oriented organizational and life direction. In addition to projects at UNESCO, the EU and WFP.

Graciela Guadarrama Baena
Co-Founder, Designer& Futurist
Graciela’s experience lies in Innovation and Design from problem finding to solving – she likes to make sense of the complex, wicked problems critical to a sustainable future. Originally from Mexico City, her professional background is in Product Innovation. She’s an avid workshop facilitator and enjoys participatory, co-creation sessions.
Graciela incorporates design research methodologies in her practice and her interest and expertise includes Experiential Futures and Strategic Foresight. Grace has worked with the public sector, nonprofits and startups as well as multinationals such as BASF and Compass Group. Her projects often vary in the expertise within the team and the industries themselves, which has shown her the many applications of design and the myriad faces of innovation.
